MoveSensei Tennis Privacy Policy

MoveSensei Tennis is provided by Ardo Oy, Finland. This policy explains how information is handled in the current release of our tennis game and Technique Analysis application.
Information handled by the app
You can use this release without creating an account or entering your name, age, height or weight. Gameplay and Technique Analysis run on your device.
The app stores preferences, such as whether sound is enabled, locally on your device. Settings or profile information saved by an earlier version may also remain in local app storage after an update. The current release does not upload this information to Ardo Oy.
Technique Analysis uses supplied character animations and reference values of 175 cm and 75 kg. These are model values, not measurements of your body. This release does not record you, access your camera or microphone, or analyse your own photos or videos.
Advertising, analytics and online features
This release does not display advertisements or use advertising tracking. Unity Analytics, Unity engine diagnostic collection and cloud crash reporting are disabled. The app does not send gameplay or technique-analysis results to Ardo Oy.
Club membership, online leaderboards, account sign-in and in-app purchases are not available in this release.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and provide support. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Ardo Oy is responsible for this support information. We process it for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and supporting the app. Our email service provider processes messages to deliver and store our correspondence. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations.
Sharing information
Ardo Oy does not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Support correspondence may be handled by service providers acting on our behalf or disclosed where required by law.
Device, app-store and website services
Apple and Google handle app downloads and other platform services under their own privacy policies. Your device's backup services may also copy local app data according to your device and account settings.
This policy describes the mobile app. Visiting our website is separate: the website uses hosting services and may use cookies or other technologies described in its own privacy and cookie notices. Website cookie choices do not enable tracking inside the tennis app.
Storage, deletion and your rights
You can remove local app data through your device's app-storage controls, where available, or by deleting the app and its data. Offloading an app may retain its data. Backup copies may remain until removed through your backup provider's settings. Ardo Oy cannot remotely access or delete data stored only on your device.
For personal information you have sent to us, you may request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact us at the address below. You may also raise a concern with your local data-protection authority, including Finland's Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
Children
The current app does not request personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the app's information-handling practices change. The latest version and its update date will be available on this page.
