WHY
Judo is a lifetime adventure and perfect combination of educating mind and body. With Judo we learn disciplines to improve ourselves and serve our community. Judo world is large and globally united. We want new people in the sport to enjoy learning experiences each day regardless of their judo and improve their thinking on Judo movements which will convert into skills.
WHAT
Most popular Judo throws are included and familiar classification based on Kodokan is used. We also use functional-based classification based on Biomechanics principles. This is extremely useful for completing a successful throwing technique. In all the throws the whole body is active and used when performing a successful throw.
This program is based on two principles of maximum efficiency and minimum effort.

Beginner Judokas and Clubs and teachers working with groups of beginners. We want to support long and healthy careers in Judo from first day.
Here it is possible to learn principles of the throws and see progress independently. Then time spent in tatami can be used effectively towards perfection in excecution!

Get familiar with the techniques with Practice mode. Then try completing your self the throws successfully and follow your progress.
